Imperfections or variations in the grain, color, shading, and sheen, of the wood or hand applications applied on the wood may occur naturally. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects.

2. Top coat is applied to the wood surfaces as a protective coat. Variations will occur in color, character, tone and grain from product to product. Slight variations between samples and finished goods should be anticipated. These variations will not be accepted by www.woodenfurniture.co.id as a reason to return an order.

3. Please note that due to the nature we cannot guarantee that upholstery leather will be exactly as pictured, variations in the color, sheen and texture (wrinkling and natural marks) of leather may occur due to different dying and tanning processes and natural phenomena. Leather products are made from quality natural leathers and may not be uniform in color or texture. Some leathers will change with age and exposure to sunlight. As a result, these naturally occurring characteristics are not viewed as damages or defects.

4. Please note that the upholstery fabric is supplied by third party or fabric manufacturer. We do not guarantee the material for colorfastness, fading, wearing quality, durability or adverse reaction to environmental conditions or dye lot of variations.

5. Please note that the fabric for furniture is like fashion in human clothing. It will be changed time to time. We can not always find the exactly same fabric for furniture with the upholstery fabric because the fashion in fabric for furniture has changed. We can only find the similar fabric. If customers want certain fabric, the customers can supply their own fabric to us to be upholstered on the furniture. We will give discount for furniture price because the fabric is supplied by the customers.

6. Please note that images of products displayed on the website may differ in color due to differences in resolution, color settings and brightness of computer monitors. Actual fabric sample colors may not match your monitor. Wood stain colors may not match your monitor.

7. Due to the character of natural products, all dimensions are approximate.

8. No two handmade items are exactly alike. Variations in color, shading, texture, shape and grain are inherent in a handmade item. So that every single one is one-of-a-kind. This means that every handmade item which is purchased by customer also one-of-a-kind. If the results of finished furniture are not in accordance with customer expectations, then the customer cannot complain about it to us and asks us to change it according to the customer’s wishes unless the customer is willing to pay the costs for the changing.

9. Customer provides Drawing and Design for custom made furniture. If Drawing and Design for custom made furniture asked by customer, we can provide Designer and Designer fee will be at the expenses of the customer. We don’t give free services for Drawing and Design.

10. If the results of finished furniture produced based on the design of the customer are not in accordance with customer expectations, then the customer cannot complain about it to us and asks us to change it according to the customer’s wishes unless the customer is willing to pay the costs for the changing.

11. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the specifications of the products such as prices, colors, materials, dimension and other specifications which are featured on this web site without prior notice.
