WARRANTY
If you are not satisfied with our product, let us know and we’ll make it right by:
- replacing the product in the next order if the product can not be repaired
- refunding your money (exclude shipping and handling charge)
- giving discount if the product is repairable
Guarantee will apply if:
- Claim are allow up to 1(one) month from arrival date at the port of destination.
- Delay in claim submission will be considered case by case.
- All claims will be substantiated by photographs or digital images and verbal explanation that clearly showing the damage then send to us by email or post.
- It happened to wood and non wood problem (hardware, finishing)
- Please keep the original box, packing material, and damaged product until you have receive a response back from us with instruction on how to proceed.
